Punctual Arrival
Please ensure your eye area and brows are clean and free of makeup, mascara, or oil-based eye creams to maximize adhesive longevity.
Refrain from caffeine 3 hours prior to your visit to prevent fluttering. Contact lenses should be removed before application starts.
Please arrive on time for your reserved slot. Arrivals past 15 minutes may require rescheduling to preserve session quality for all clients.

48-Hour Notice
Out of Hours
A non-refundable deposit is required at booking to secure your slot. The remaining balance is completed at the end of your appointment. Bank transfer and cash is accepted.
We kindly ask for at least 48 hours notice for any cancellation or rescheduling requests to transfer your deposit without penalty.
If an out of hours appointment is required (before 9am or after 6:30pm) please send me over a message and I will see if I am able to accommodate. A fee of £10 per hour will be applied.
